GetSolarPro is a free, online matching service that connects homeowners interested in solar energy with third-party solar installers, contractors, and service providers (“Solar Partners”). GetSolarPro is not a solar installer, contractor, or energy provider. We do not sell or install solar panels, nor do we make any guarantees regarding the price, quality, or performance of the solar systems provided by our Solar Partners.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

By using this Site and submitting your information for a solar quote, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are the owner of the property for which you are requesting a quote, or you have the legal authority to make decisions regarding the property.

• All information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.

3. TCPA Consent and Communications

By submitting your contact information, you are making a specific request to be contacted by GetSolarPro and our Solar Partners. You expressly consent to receive telephone calls, pre-recorded messages, artificial voice messages, and SMS text messages using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS) at the phone number you provided.

You acknowledge that this consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us or replying “STOP” to any SMS message. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Third-Party Relationships

Any interactions, negotiations, agreements, or disputes between you and our Solar Partners are strictly between you and that third party. GetSolarPro is not a party to any contract you may sign with a Solar Partner. We strongly advise you to review all contracts, warranties, and terms provided by the Solar Partner before making any financial commitments.

We do not endorse any specific Solar Partner and are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your relationship with them.

5. Estimated Savings and Incentives

Any figures, calculators, or statements regarding “estimated savings,” “zero money down,” or “government incentives” presented on this Site are strictly for informational and marketing purposes. Actual savings and eligibility for tax credits or rebates vary based on your location, utility provider, energy usage, shading, and credit score. GetSolarPro does not guarantee any specific financial outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GetSolarPro or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
